Entry includes 2 Nights Lodging, 2 Rounds of Golf and 1 Group Dinner. Optional Friday round and replay round on Saturday Available. Please note, that each day will be split. 36 Players will play their optional Friday round at Sheep Ranch and half will play at Old Mac. If you play on Friday at one course, your replay will be on the other. In addition, 40 players will play Bandon Dunes on Saturday and half will play Pacific Dunes and then flip on Sunday. You will have the opportunity to play all four courses and no player will play the same course twice.

You Signed Up... Now What?
- Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot at Bandon Dunes. A lottery will be held in August to award available spots.
- Membership with a Golf Guys Club (NW Golf Guys, NorCal Golf Guys, SoCal Golf Guys or SW Golf Guys) is required.
- You must have played in a minimum or be currently signed up for of 3 local Golf Guys tournaments in the current calendar year prior to registration.
- Players that sign up without meeting the above qualifications prior to registration opening will not be considered for a spot.
